If you didn't insure your item/s, you cannot claim you didn't receive your product or if it's damaged by handling. You have the choice whether to pay an additional fee for insurance coverage on your package. The important thing to you, as a buyer, is that you will not lose any money if the shipping company fails to deliver your package, or damages your item because of poor handling by the shipper. When you purchase insurance, you receive:
